At Ximena Skin Care Clinic your safety is our priority, and we want to be as transparent as possible. In order to protect each and everyone, we have established the following protocols during the COVID-19 pandemic.

- Only one client at the time will be allowed in the reception area.
- Each client must wait in the car until we call or text you.
- Client must have a mask when they come in.
- Use of a non contact fever thermometer will be used on each client. A temperature of 100.4 Fahrenheit/38 Celsius or above will immediately cancel your treatment.
- Shoe covers will be provided at the entrance or you can bring a clean pair of socks to put on while shoes are left at the entrance.
- Client must wash hands with soap and rinse mouth with hydrogen peroxide 3% mixed with water. (This will be given prior to treatment)
- Clients will keep a face mask on for all treatment. A modified face mask will be used for facial treatments.
- We will not provide a service/treatment if a client is sick, even with a mild common cold.
- There will be 30 minutes in between each client to clean and disinfect.
- An additional fee of $9 will be charged to cover all PPE supplies.

- Use of gloves throughout the entire treatment.
- Use mask and face shield throughout the treatment.
- Disposable bed sheets and disposable client cover will be used.
- Hospital grade disinfectant will be used to spray bed, equipment, door knobs, etc.
- All of our tools will be sterilized in our autoclave.
- Spray scented cleansing alcohol in between clients to refresh and disinfect treatment rooms and other areas.
